Calgary Alternative Employment Service (CAES)

Assists job-seekers to overcome barriers, understand workplace culture and fill the personnel needs of inclusive employers in Calgary. CAES works with each client to identify their ideal work setting and employment support needs. Job interviews and employment placement are facilitated in accordance with the client’s goals. We then provide ongoing follow-up support to both the client and the employer in order to strengthen their skills and working relationship as well as ensure job satisfaction and retention.

Exceptional Abilities Educational Consultation & Tutoring

Exceptional Abilities Education Consulting and Tutoring has a youth & adult support includes Career Connections program offering career coaching, skills training, and mentorship. Their unique Adapted Learn to Drive program adapts driver’s education for neurodiverse learners and individuals who benefit from tailored instruction. Lessons focus on building confidence, safety awareness, and mastery of both technical and social aspects of driving. They also offer workshops for students, parents and educators.

Vocational Rehabilitation Program for Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits Recipients
