Flower In The Wind Therapy is led by Samaria Nancy Cardinal who is Blackfoot-Mtis and was raised in culture. Samaria offers culturally sensitive mental wellness support for Indigenous youth, adults, and families. Samaria specializes in EMDR, narrative therapy, and Indigenous wellness, providing in-person sessions at three Calgary locations and virtual therapy across Alberta. Her approach welcomes neurodiversity and creates a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
