Kaley has experience working with clients of various ages, diagnosis, backgrounds, and socioeconomic levels. She has extensive experience in working with complex behaviour; including behaviours associated with symptoms of mental health. She believes that collaboration with caregivers and other professionals is paramount when working with individuals to best support their unique needs and strengthen skills. Building rapport and having fun comes natural in her approach to help motivate individuals to learn new skills and work towards positive behaviour change. Parent and staff training is a skill of hers and she can provide you with realistic strategies to implement in your environment with the resources you have. She also offers RUBI Parent Training for Disruptive Behaviours. Willing to work within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), Willing to coordinate MDT.
