Edith provides one-on-one coaching for autistic professionals to help them gain and maintain employment, navigate barriers, and manage mental health challenges in life and the workplace. She co-facilitates the Spectrum Advantage classroom program and works with employers on inclusive hiring practices and how to support neurodivergent talent.
Edith joined Spectrum Advantage as an Employment Coach in March 2024, drawn to the program’s inclusive mission and its impact on autistic professionals. She holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology, with a background supporting individuals across the lifespan in disability services and inpatient psychiatric care. Her approach is person-centered, rooted in advocacy and empowerment. Outside of work, Edith enjoys reading and exploring Canada!
