Melissa is the Project & Community Engagement Lead for the Spectrum Advantage Initiative. She collaborates with employers and community partners to expand inclusive employment and internship opportunities for autistic professionals.
Melissa joined Autism Calgary in January 2026 and brings decades of experience supporting individuals with autism and disabilities through a variety of community programs and services. Her personal connection to autism inspires her work with the Spectrum Advantage team, helping to create inclusive employment and internship opportunities for neurodivergent professionals while building strong community and employer partnerships.
