Gavin dedicated himself to learning and understanding himself alongside his neurodivergent identity. Gavins research projects focused on the relationship between mental and physical health, emphasizing adult and childrens self-improvement through self-acceptance, personal growth, and self-awareness. After completing his Masters, Gavin immersed himself in sports as a competitive swimming coach and in mental health as a counsellor, specializing in adolescent and family trauma.
