Nature Play uses the inherently therapeutic properties of nature to enhance all areas of child development. They use primarily a group approach to support kids in building skills and confidence with experienced occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech-language pathologists. Their programs are 100% outdoors (weather permitting). Their area of expertise is developmental delay, sensory-processing disorder, gross motor delays, developmental coordination disorder, down syndrome, language/communication delays. Their approach is primarily group OT, PT, social skills. They offer speech and language, occupational therapy (fine motor, sensory processing, etc), and physiotherapy/gross motor assessments and are willing to work within an MDT.
