New Heights Home and Community Support (HCS) is a unique program for children 2.5 to 5 years old that supports both Specialized Services and BDS FSCD Agreements. All HCS needs to begin providing in-person 1-1 support in your home with your child, is your childs approved FSCD Agreement. They support children directly in the areas of self care skills, communication, sensory support, transitions to full day school, social skills and gross/fine motor skills and more. Parent Priorities are supported by Therapist(s) and an intervention aide in your home to practice with your child and coach you as a parent how to increase your childs skills in the areas parents would like help with.
