Safaa provides Marketing and Community Engagement support at Spectrum Advantage, helping organizations connect with highly skilled neurodivergent professionals. She develops and manages social media content, newsletters, and marketing campaigns, while building and maintaining relationships with employers, partners, and community stakeholders. Safaa also coordinates events and initiatives that promote inclusive workplaces and support neurodivergent professionals in achieving competitive employment.
Safaa Bahar has been with Autism Calgary since 2025. She is passionate about creating fair opportunities for minorities and vulnerable communities, which led her to join the organization. In her role at Spectrum Advantage, she supports skilled neurodivergent professionals in accessing meaningful and competitive employment opportunities.
