Research Study: Mindfulness Practices among adults with ASD

Research Study: Mindfulness Practices among adults with ASD
A research study being conducted through the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto (Principal Investigator: Dr. Yona Lunsky), in collaboration with York University (Co-Investigators: Dr. Jonathan Weiss and Dr. Johanna Lake) is looking at mindfulness practices and how they can be used to assist adults with ASD. If you would like to participate in their study click the link below to be taken to their online survey.
Researchers are inviting adults (18+ years-old) on the autism spectrum from across Canada to complete a brief survey on their interest in mindfulness. Mindfulness involves bringing your attention and awareness to the present moment, which can help to promote mental health and well-being. They are interested in learning if mindfulness training is something that adults on the autism spectrum would be interested in taking part in, and if it can be delivered using a web-based program. We will use the information from this survey to design such a group. If you are interested in completing this survey, please click HERE
