Edith Burnage | Autism Employment Coach & Facilitator

Edith joined Spectrum Advantage as an Employment Coach in March 2024, drawn to the program’s inclusive mission and its impact on autistic professionals. She holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology from the UK, where she worked in disability services and both adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatric services. Upon her arrival in Canada, she continued this work by supporting youth with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges, before joining the Spectrum Advantage team.

At Spectrum Advantage, Edith works 1:1 with students and co-facilitates in the classroom, guiding individuals as they identify their strengths, overcome employment barriers, and navigate mental health challenges in life and the workplace. Her approach is person-centered and deeply rooted in advocacy and empowerment. Outside of work, Edith enjoys reading and exploring Canada.
