They offer a Life Skills Day Program teaching hands-on, practical life skills while building awareness through fun and engaging learning experiences such as outings, arts and crafts, and interactive projects. They offer Respite Services in a fun and supportive environment where individuals can grow and learn through activities they choose and enjoy. They have a Sensory Room that provides a soothing and stimulating environment using a variety of sensory tools, sounds, textures, and visuals. They have SafeForce, a specialized 5-hour safety and self-defence training workshop designed by Resilient Hearts to support young adults with developmental disabilities in building real-world safety awareness and practical protection skills. Their Entrepreneurship Training offers entrepreneurship training for individuals with disabilities.
