We then provide ongoing follow-up support to both the client and the employer in order to strengthen their skills and working relationship as well as ensure job satisfaction and retention.

Society for Autism Support and Services (SASS) Employment Programs

The Adolescent and Adult Services Program at Society for Autism Support and Services (SASS) offers a range of skill enhancing employment readiness and work-experience programs for autistic individuals aged 15 years and older. In addition, after hire / employment support is currently offered through Ready Willing and Able (RWA). A clinical diagnosis is not required to access their employment programs.
