Calgary Alternative Employment Service (CAES)
Assists job-seekers to overcome barriers, understand workplace culture and fill the personnel needs of inclusive employers in Calgary. CAES works with each client to identify their ideal work setting and employment support needs. Job interviews and employment placement are facilitated in accordance with the clients goals. We then provide ongoing follow-up support to both the client and the employer in order to strengthen their skills and working relationship as well as ensure job satisfaction and retention.
EmploymentWorks Program
Offers employment preparedness training and support, combined with job sampling and hands-on experience to autistic adults and persons with disabilities. The program is designed for individuals at least 15 years of age who want to enter or return to the workforce, and who are willing to develop and practice the skills needed to support employment success.
Potential Place
A clubhouse for individuals with a mental health concern. The clubhouse offers employability skills, workplace training and a safe social setting for members.

Society for Autism Support and Services (SASS) Employment Programs
The Adolescent and Adult Services Program at Society for Autism Support and Services (SASS) offers a range of skill enhancing employment readiness and work-experience programs for autistic individuals aged 15 years and older. In addition, after hire / employment support is currently offered through Ready Willing and Able (RWA). A clinical diagnosis is not required to access their employment programs.
Spectrum Advantage
Employment program for adults on the autism spectrum 18-30. Also offers employers the opportunity to get involved with the next level of diversity in the workplace.
