The Moving Self Therapy
Dance/Movement Therapy can have valuable impacts on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Given the ability of Dance/Movement Therapy to engage and connect non-verbally, this can be a powerful way for individuals with ASD to find connection to themselves and others.
Through the Woods Psychology
Through the Woods Psychology supports individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families through counselling and assessment services. The team provides ASD and psychoeducational assessments, as well as therapy that addresses anxiety, school stress, family dynamics, and life transitions. Specialized approaches such as EMDR, CBIT for tic disorders, and dog-assisted therapy help create flexible options for diverse client needs. Services are available evenings and weekends, with direct billing to make access easier.
