1 Minute Guide to Asperger’s

A young man in the UK with high functioning autism (Asperger’s Syndrome) has created a short video about his experience being on the spectrum. The video, called “Alex Manner’s 1-Minute Guide to Asperger’s” is a fun and informative video. Alex contacted us and asked if we would like to share the video with our community. Here is his introduction to himself and the video:

“My name is Alex Manners, 21 from Solihull in England and I have a form of Autism called Asperger’s syndrome. My ambition is to be a TV Presenter in children’s television or sport. I consider myself fortunate to have Asperger’s because I believe it is the reason why I am so quirky, creative and different and I think it is these qualities that will enable me to break into the TV world.

I have just produced a “1 Minute Guide to Asperger’s” in conjunction with Reel Eyes Films CIC. The aim of the video is to be a fun and easily accessible way for people to understand what Asperger’s is in a short and concise manner.”

Thanks, Alex! Take a look and let us know what you think of the video!
