PDD Review – Three opportunities for you to help influence positive change!
As we all know, the prevalence of ASD has risen exponentially over the past decade. More adults with ASD are being diagnosed and more children with ASD are aging into adulthood. As self advocates, parents and guardians, through our diverse shared lived experiences, the PDD Review is an opportunity for us to work together to build a collective position on the future of this important government program.

The purpose of these Round Table Discussions is to:
- Add to our current collective perspective and insight on the experiences of individuals & famlies.
- Quantify and qualify community concerns.
- Identify recommendations to PDD policy and regional practice.
- Detail missing values from the program to better position self determination and the role of the guardian
We welcome and encourage all self advocates, parents & guardians, and others invested in the lifelong journey of a person with ASD to attend. You do not need to be a PDD recipient or the parent of an adult in the PDD program to attend. We encourage participation from those with PDD contracts, those who anticipate future PDD contracts, and those who may not fit the current elligibility criteria (but have a vision for addressing unment needs through the PDD program.)
