Come join us for the Annual General Meeting for Autism Calgary. The AGM will be on May.30th from 6:30-7:00pm and will consist of:
1. To receive the annual report of the board to the members and financial statements. (Jan.1 2011- Dec.31 2011)
2. To elect members of the board for the ensuing year.
Returning for the second year of a two year elected term:

3. To appoint WGD LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Association, at a remuneration to be fixed by the board.
4. To transact such other business as may be properly before the meeting.
