Thursday, October 27th from 7-9pm

3639 26th Street NE map

Dr. Dinning will give us an overview of how Naturopathic Medicine can help a person with ASD or related disorders; specifically, Dr Dinning will discuss the different forms of assessments she conducts and how those are used to guide treatment in her practice.
Dr. Dinning believes the strength of naturopathic medical care lies in its ability to treat the root cause of a patient’s concern. This not only achieves symptomatic relief, it allows a patient to reach a higher state of health and prevents further disease. By understanding the underlying physiology of a patient’s medical condition, along with taking the time to learn about the whole person, she can create treatment plans using various modalities such as acupuncture, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, lifestyle and diet management, and physical medicine.
Dr. Dinning received an Honours Bachelor of Science and Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario and received a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She is licensed currently with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, as well as the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She spent her final year at CCNM on the Paediatric Specialty Shift, caring for moms and babies and is a member of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctor.Dr. Dinning has a special love for treating children, moms or moms to be. Since she is keen to keep growing herself, she is currently  focusing her continuing education in the areas of autonomic response testing. For more information visit Dr. Hillary Dinning, ND at www.doctorhillarynd.com
