Meticulon—an IT Consulting Firm that trains and employs people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as consultants in the software testing and quality assurance industry, is looking for candidates to join our team.

Who are you?

• You are on the Autism Spectrum. We believe that Meticulon Consultants have natural abilities – the “Autism Advantage” – which make them better suited for tasks requiring attention to detail, repetition and sequencing.
• You must have a keen interest and desire to be a Software Testing Engineer/IT Professional. Strong knowledge of computers and software applications is an asset. An interest and the motivation to learn will be equally considered.
• You need to be fluent in English.
• It may be beneficial if you have a college degree, college level courses, or equivalent experience or knowledge, demonstrating your ability to follow and benefit from highly-technical instruction.
• You possess computer skills, an ability to spend long hours in front of a computer screen and are able to work with MS Word and Excel documents.
• You have a personal interest in problem solving and the perseverance to work towards finding the best solution.
• You are able to focus and persist in a task without reminders or supervision.
